Orders for standard wallpapers are usually shipped within 7 to 10 working days, though timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, transit delays (up to 4 weeks within India) can occasionally occur. Refunds or replacements are not applicable for such delays.

Each wallpaper is made-to-order and undergoes a thorough quality check for size, design accuracy, and any visible defects. Once approved, it’s securely packed in sturdy tubes and wrapped to ensure safe delivery without damage.

As all orders are custom-made, we do not offer refunds. However, if there’s a clear issue from our side, we’re happy to discuss a replacement upon mutual agreement.

Our wallpapers are delivered in tiles/panels approximately 52 inches wide, designed to be laid horizontally on the floor to ensure a seamless layout before application.

Installation Details:

Requires glue-based installation with overlap matching and trimming.

Installation cost is not included in the product price.

You may choose to self-install, hire a local professional, or opt for our recommended installers in major cities.
